    The 2000B is the youth version of Gildan's Ultra Cotton tee. It is a 6 oz, 100% preshrunk cotton shirt with a seamless double-needle collar and taped neck and shoulders, so it stands up to recess, practice and a lot of laundry.

    We use it for youth sports teams, summer camps, classrooms, field trips, church groups and any event where kids need matching shirts. Safety Green and Safety Orange are 50/50 cotton/poly, handy for walks and field days.

    Which decoration method fits

    • Screen printing: the best fit for class and team orders with one or two ink colors.
    • Digital transfer: full-color art, photos or small batches with each child's name.
    • Embroidery: possible, but on a kids' tee we suggest keeping it to a small chest logo.

    Common questions

    How does youth sizing run? It follows standard youth sizing. If a child is between sizes, size up so the shirt lasts the season.

    Will it shrink? It is preshrunk cotton, so shrink is minimal when washed cold and dried low.

    Is there a matching adult shirt? Yes. The Gildan 2000 is the adult version, so coaches and parents can match the kids.

    Can each shirt have a different name or number? Yes. Names and numbers can change shirt by shirt in the same order.
