    The Super Dux coat is Carhartt's lighter take on duck: 8.1 oz nylon/elastane that Carhartt says is 35% lighter with twice the abrasion resistance of traditional duck. It has 100 g 3M Thinsulate quilt-lined insulation, Rain Defender water repellency, Wind Fighter wind protection, Rugged Flex stretch and an attached adjustable hood with chin guard.

    It is built for foremen, ag and ranch managers, utility and construction crews who work outside all winter and want the Carhartt name on their back.
