Port Authority Vortex Waterproof 3 in 1 Jacket J332

The J332 is two jackets in one: a fully seam-sealed polyester shell (3000 mm waterproof rating) and a zip-in nylon inner jacket with 3 oz polyfill. Wear the shell for rain, the liner for a cool morning, or zip them together when it gets cold. The hood detaches, and there is a full-length storm flap and chin guard.

Which decoration method fits

• Embroidery: the standard for 3-in-1 jackets. Port Authority built in a Port Pocket so the decorator can reach the shell without stitching through the liner.
• Decorate the shell first: a left-chest logo on the shell shows in rain and cold. Add a second small logo on the liner if crews will wear it alone.
• Heat-applied transfers: work for names or numbers on the back on smaller runs.

Can you embroider through a waterproof shell? Yes. Embroidery goes on the shell only, through the decoration access pocket, so the liner stays untouched.

Can the liner be worn on its own? Yes. The zip-in insulated jacket has its own front pockets and can be worn without the shell.
